4. Event Tickets and Transfers

Event tickets are personally issued to the registered participant. Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 5 days before the event date, subject to our transfer policies. The original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring the transferee complies with these Terms.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Event Cancellation by Participants

Event ticket sales are generally non-refundable. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances.

5.2. Event Cancellation by White Rabbit

White Rabbit reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter events due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a full cancellation, participants will receive a full refund of registration fees.
