Southern Oregon is full of remarkable people: entrepreneurs, technologists, media artists, changemakers, who chose to live here because the place feeds something in them. But too many of them feel like they have to choose between the life they want and the livelihood they need. Like there's a ceiling on what you can build in a place like this.
White Rabbit exists to remove that ceiling.
Our mission is to take the ambition that already lives here and turn it into real businesses, real growth, and real economic impact for the builders, for Ashland, for the whole Rogue Valley and beyond. We do that by cultivating capabilities in Southern Oregon that have been underrepresented and undersupported: entrepreneurial skills and AI. The region has no shortage of talent. What’s been missing is the infrastructure to help people turn what they’re good at into high-growth businesses, and the fluency with emerging technology that makes it possible to compete from anywhere. White Rabbit establishes a new headquarters, right here in the heart of Ashland, steps from Lithia Park, built around closing both of those gaps.
Bioregional Impact
White Rabbit sits at 5 North Main Street in Ashland. But the mission doesn't stop at the door.
Every builder who becomes a business becomes a reason for someone else to stay. Every business that hires locally makes the valley more viable for the next one. The talent is already here. What's been missing is the infrastructure, the community, and the proof that world-class work can be built from a place like this.

The proving ground. A single café and workspace demonstrating that ambitious, AI-native, community-rooted business works.
The first ring. A town already full of creative talent that needs infrastructure, community, and a demonstration that the ceiling is imaginary.
The real prize. Medford, Grants Pass, Jacksonville, Talent, Phoenix: a region with enormous creative potential and limited connective tissue across the region. White Rabbit aims to build that tissue.
The long game. A bioregion that becomes a destination for builders, a model for place-based innovation, and proof that you don’t have to leave to build something that matters.
