Everything you need to know about the White Rabbit Founding Membership
We open at 7am with our cafe and the collaboration space runs until 5:30pm on weekdays. This aligns with natural work rhythms—deep work, skill-building sessions, and connecting with other makers who take their craft seriously. Fridays open to the public with our "launch and learn" programming.
Evenings shift into adaptive time for various member and public events—arts programming, workshops, social gatherings. We also offer after-hours access for members who do their best work when the world gets quiet.
The goal is maximum utility for people doing meaningful work, whether that's at 7am or 7pm.
Yes and no. Co-working implies you just need a desk and WiFi somewhere other than home. We're building something more intentional: a space where your individual projects connect with collective possibility.
Yes, you can work here. But you can also prototype an AI agent, attend a burlesque show, learn from a Nobel laureate's creative process, or discover that the string ensemble player who walked by is exactly who you need for your next project. It's infrastructure for creators who want their work to matter.
People building things that matter to them—whether that's a sustainable business, a creative practice, or solutions to problems that keep you up at night.
Our sweet spot is the overlap between technology, entrepreneurship, and culture. But the ways our community applies these are incredibly diverse. We've seen filmmakers launch distribution platforms, AI researchers lead theater workshops, and startup founders find their next collaborator at a vinyl listening party.
If you're tired of the line between "work" and creativity, if you believe your best work happens when different modes of thinking cross-pollinate, this might be your place.
We're more clubhouse than incubator. Traditional incubators take cohorts through intense programs ending in pitch days. We're designed for ongoing creative development—the kind that happens when ambitious people with complementary skills share space over time.
That said, we absolutely support venture creation. Our Solutions Lab develops AI, data, and software products. We connect people with resources, networks, and the kind of serendipitous encounters that spark new possibilities.
Through August, we're in "open prototyping mode"—inviting the public to participate as we fine-tune this collaborative experiment.
Attend our events, join the RVAI Lab sessions (bi-weekly), drop into one of our collaboratories (entrepreneurship, technology, media/culture themes), join for Writing Life workshop, experience The Imaginal Playground. You'll get a feel for the community, the space, and whether this kind of creative cross-training resonates with how you want to work.
Thor Muller is the chief instigator—he designs startup incubators professionally and believes the same principles that help entrepreneurs thrive can serve creators more broadly.
Aaron Moffatt brings systems thinking and technical depth as our CTO. Ian Ingram leads training and AI integration. Nick Mitchell handles product management and AI technology implementation.
The operations team includes Aurora Quinn (event programming), Cynthia Salbato (membership support and partnerships), Xavi Panneton (creative direction), Verena Steinbergs (art gallery coordination), and others who believe in building the future we're willing to live in.
We're structured as three complementary businesses under White Rabbit Accelerator: the Clubhouse (memberships, events, space rentals), the Cafe, and the Solutions Lab (AI/data/software consulting and products).
The Clubhouse creates community and culture. The Solutions Lab generates substantial revenue by solving real problems with technology. The Cafe serves both members and the high foot traffic from our location near Lithia Park.
This isn't venture-backed or dependent on institutional funding—it's designed to create value for real people in our community while remaining financially sustainable.
Yes, through our Solutions Lab, outside the scope of membership. We develop AI, data, and software solutions for organizations ready to work differently. Recent projects include AI strategy for workforce development, custom software platforms, and technology integration for creative industries.
We also offer event partnerships and venue rentals for organizations whose missions align with ours. Our space works beautifully for workshops, product launches, and gatherings that bring together technology, creativity, and community.
If you're building something that makes the world more interesting, let's talk.
Yes and no. Our new cafe, situated at the front of the space, welcomes everyone from 7am onwards—grab coffee, a pastry, enjoy the space. Many of our evening and weekend events are open to the public, especially our arts and cultural programming.
But the collaboration space during weekday hours (7am-5:30pm) is primarily for members. Think of it like a gym membership—you need access to use the full facilities when they're most valuable.
Daily: Cafe operations welcome everyone
Evenings/Weekends: Most arts, cultural, and educational events are public; available for member workspace otherwise
Special Events: Workshops, talks, performances—check our calendar
We also host Lunch & Learn talks (Fridays at noon) that are free and open to everyone. Bring your lunch, bring your curiosity.
Membership gives you access to the space, community, and most programming. Our Solutions Lab consulting is a separate business—members don't get free consulting, but they do get preferred access and insider rates when we have capacity.
Think of it this way: membership connects you to the people and resources that might eliminate your need for outside consulting entirely.
Most member programming is included—workshops, skill-shares, community gatherings, access to collaboratories. Special events may require supplemental fees, materials fees or have limited capacity.
Ticketed public events (like performances) offer member discounts. The principle: if it's about building your capabilities or connecting with community, it's likely included. If it's entertainment or requires significant outside costs, there might be a fee.
Collaboration space hours are 7am-5:30pm weekdays, plus after-hours access when you need quiet focus time. The space adapts to member needs—sometimes that's heads-down work, sometimes collaborative projects, sometimes skill-building sessions.
You're not renting a desk; you're joining an environment designed around meaningful work and creative development.
No. To keep membership costs accessible, we operate our cafe as a separate business—members pay for coffee, snacks, and meals like any other customer. You might get member discounts, but this isn't WeWork with free kombucha on tap.
Same for events with bars: members pay for drinks, though you'll often get preferred pricing. When we provide light refreshments at workshops or gatherings, that's specified in advance.
This approach lets us keep membership fees reasonable while running sustainable food operations.
We provide the basics—sticky notes, pens, occasional printing for your projects. But we're not a print shop, so if you need 100 copies of something, that's on you.
Membership covers space access, WiFi, and the kind of office supplies that help you get work done without nickel-and-diming over every pen or Post-it.
Sometimes, members will get after-hours access for quiet work, but not full 24/7 building access. Safety, neighbor relations, and practical operations all factor in. If you need to pull an all-nighter on a project, we can usually accommodate that with advance coordination.
The goal is maximum utility without compromising the space for everyone else.
The best indicator: Do you believe your best work happens when different modes of thinking cross-pollinate? Are you building something that matters to you? Do you want to be around other people doing the same?
If you're someone who separates "work" from "creativity" and likes it that way, this might not be your place. We're designed for people who see these as mutually reinforcing.
