It lands on your account

The pass shows up on your account page right away and stays there, unredeemed, until the day you decide to come in.

Tap "Use a pass today" when you arrive

Redeem it from your account the day you visit. That claims the day, turns on member WiFi, and lets us know to say hello.

Day passes are for trying us out: up to three per person, then join.

Good To Know

The fine print, in plain words

How long is a pass good for?: Twelve months from the day you buy it. Redeem it whenever you are ready inside that window.
Can I use two in one day?: One pass covers one calendar day, and only one pass can be redeemed per day. A pass you redeem covers that whole day in Pacific time, so you can leave and come back.
Can I get a refund?: Yes — email us at [email protected] and we will refund an unredeemed pass.
What if I want to come in regularly?: That is what membership is for, and it works out to far less per day. Day passes are the try-before-you-join step.
