Noble Coffee roasted in Ashland. Zi Spice chai spiced to taste — never from a box. Leora's functional drinking chocolates with lion's mane, reishi, and cordyceps. Signature Rabbithole creations. Matcha. Curated teas.
Eat Me
Soups, salads, paninis, and our new artisanal Culture Cups — layered with 10× the microorganisms of standard yogurt, date caramel, and coconut. Every ingredient locally sourced and chosen for function, not just flavor.
Grab & Go — Fermensch Kombucha, DRAM botanicals, Poppi prebiotic soda, Pan's Mushroom Jerky, Alice Mushrooms, functional chocolates, and a curated snack wall. Nothing here is an afterthought.
