Curious about using AI to understand health information, but unsure where to begin? Care More Deeply is a free, beginner-friendly, hands-on lab with Dr. Michael Hummel. Learn to write clearer prompts, explore health questions, check the sources behind an answer, and organize what matters before a conversation with your physician. We use fictional examples, work at a comfortable pace and make room for questions. Each gathering explores one useful topic and gives you time to practice, whether that's checking a wellness claim or preparing a one-page brief for your next visit. The goal is to feel more informed, more prepared and more able to take part in your own care. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\*\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\*What to bring:\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\*\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\* a laptop, tablet or smartphone, and a charger. An AI account helps for hands-on practice, but watching is welcome. No experience needed.
