Bake Stuff with Lindsay is a live, audience-immersive baking experience where chaos is encouraged and we actually eat the results. It’s a fever dream for anyone who’s ever wished TV bakers would loosen up, get messier, and curse a little (a lot) more. Along the way, we attempt to answer important questions like: Do feelings matter more than the recipe? and Does the 5 second rule count with liquids too? What to expect: • Live baking (in real time, with real stakes) • Audience involvement throughout the show (games, prizes, FUN) • *SPECIAL GUESTS*, commentary, and mild spiraling • Questionable decisions, emotional detours, and laughter • Dessert served (assuming nothing is completely destroyed) Lindsay is a stand-up, writer, actress, and amateur baker from New Jersey. She’s the host of weekly stand-up shows, Good Heroin and The Monday Show which have been featured in LA Weekly and the Netflix is a Joke Festival. She’s the host and creator of Bake Stuff with Lindsay, a chaotic “baking comedy experience” that pairs special guests with pastry ingredients, led by Lindsay’s hurricane-style of hosting. Described as a “reformed mean girl”, her comedy is dark, vulnerable and cutting, while being delivered with a deceptive brightness.
