The Role
You'll be the welcoming face of White Rabbit, helping members connect with each other and building the systems that make our community thrive. You'll learn what everyone is working on, connect people who should meet, and help turn member ideas into reality.
Working with our tech team, you'll explore how AI and other tools can enhance member support while designing the distinctive experiences that make White Rabbit special.
Key Responsibilities
Member Support & Community Building
- Learn members' names, projects, and interests
- Connect members with similar interests or complementary skills
- Support members organizing workshops, clubs, and meetups
- Help new members get started and settle in
- Solve problems and handle concerns quickly
- Welcome visitors and conduct tours
Systems & Process Development
- Create step-by-step processes for common member requests
- Work with tech team to test AI tools for member connections
- Document best practices and track member needs
- Identify improvements in member services
- Design special touches that make White Rabbit distinctive
Event & Activity Coordination
- Help members organize workshops and informal events
- Make it easy for members to find and join activities
- Support new teachers and event organizers
- Handle event check-ins and space bookings
- Celebrate member successes and promote offerings
Growing the Community
- Welcome visitors and give great tours of the space
- Help interested people understand what membership offers
- Guide new members through getting started
- Follow up with new members to make sure they're settling in well
- Keep track of member information and feedback
Daily Operations
- Maintain member information and feedback records
- Coordinate with cafe team for smooth operations
- Handle basic administrative tasks
- Support special events when needed
- Keep the space welcoming and organized
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Genuine care for people and creating great experiences
- Strong communication skills and friendly personality
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Customer service, hospitality, or community work experience
- Event organizing or group facilitation experience
- Familiarity with membership organizations or co-working spaces
- Interest in entrepreneurship, technology, or creative work
- Experience creating processes or organizational systems
